Custom automations

A custom AI automation, built for your exact task

Our ready-made tools each solve one common job. When your task is specific to how your business works, we build a custom automation for it — you describe the task, we build it, and you try it free on your own file before you pay anything.

How it works

1

You describe the task

Tell us the repetitive job: what comes in (a document, an inbox, a spreadsheet, a form), what you do with it by hand today, and what a good result looks like. No technical spec needed.

2

We scope and build it

We turn that into a working automation — the reading, the checking, the writing — and shape the output to how you actually use it. You follow along; nothing is a black box.

3

Free trial run on your real file

We run it on your own real input, for free, so you see the actual result before any commitment. If it isn't good enough yet, we adjust it.

4

Keep it only if it saves you time

Runs you do often become a monthly tool; something you run now and then is a fixed price each time. You decide, and you can connect it to your systems if you want.

What makes a good fit

If your task looks like these, a custom automation almost always works:

It's repetitive and manual

The same job, done over and over by a person — that's exactly where an automation earns its keep.

A document, file or inbox is involved

Reading an invoice, a contract, an application, a report or an email and doing something structured with it.

The rules can be described

If you can explain how you decide, we can build it. It doesn't have to be simple, just describable.

It happens often, or hurts when missed

High volume saves hours; high stakes catches costly mistakes. Either one is worth automating.

Connect it to your systems, or not

Most tools work perfectly well on their own — you upload a file and get a result. When it's worth it, we can also connect the automation to what you already use: an email inbox, a shared folder, or software you run, so it works in the background. Integration is scoped to your case and only added when it actually saves you more time.

Already have a common task?

Some jobs are common enough that we've already built the tool. Browse the ready-made ones first — a subscription tool for things you run often, or a fixed one-off price for things you run now and then.

Common questions

What counts as a custom automation?

Any repetitive manual task where a document, file, inbox or form comes in and a structured result should come out. If you can describe how you do it by hand, it's almost always a fit — even if it's specific to your business.

How much does it cost?

Ready-made tools have public prices — a monthly subscription for tools you run often, or a fixed price each time for tools you run now and then. A custom build is quoted from its scope, and you only decide on price after you've seen it work on your own file. There's no upfront charge to explore it.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on the task, but most are quick to stand up because we build on a framework that already reads documents, checks rules and writes output. We scope it with you and come back with a working trial, not a long project.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. Most automations just take a file you upload and give a result — no access to anything. If you later want it connected to an inbox, a folder or your software, that's an optional add-on, scoped and only with your say-so.

What happens to our data?

Documents are processed to produce your result and are not stored afterwards or used to train models. You can read the details on our security page.

Can a custom tool start from a ready-made one?

Often, yes. If one of our existing tools is close, we tailor it to your case, which is faster than starting from scratch.
