What exactly does Tedrix do?+
We build a custom automation for a specific manual task your business repeats — reading documents, cleaning spreadsheets, sorting applications, summarising data, and so on. You either run it yourself in your Tedrix workspace, or we connect it straight into the systems you already use so it runs automatically.
How much does it cost?+
We build your automation for free. You then get a free trial with no credit card. If you keep it, you pay a custom monthly price set for your specific automation — because a simple spreadsheet job shouldn't cost the same as something wired into your CRM. We'll show you your price before the trial ends, so there's no surprise — you only pay if you decide to keep it.
Do I need to pay or enter a card to start?+
No. There's no setup fee and no card required to start your trial. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe after the trial.
How long is the free trial?+
Every customer gets a 7-day free trial as standard, starting the moment your automation is live — no card needed, and we'll extend it if a bug eats into your time. Founding and invited customers can enter a code at signup for an extended 30-day trial.
What if it doesn't work the way I need?+
We build it around your exact task and test it on your data before your trial starts. If bugs or tweaks eat into your trial, we extend it. And there's a human-review step so nothing goes out wrong — you're never stuck with a black box.
How is my data handled? Is it secure?+
Your account is isolated, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we don't keep your run data longer than a run needs. We use trusted infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) and prefer EU data regions. Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There's no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you can export your data — it's yours.
Is Tedrix a real company I can trust?+
Tedrix is run as a registered sole proprietorship in Sweden and operates under EU/GDPR rules. We're deliberately upfront about how everything works — pricing, data, and risk — because that's how a new vendor earns trust.
What happens to my automation if I leave?+
You can export your results at any time, and we'll help you offboard cleanly. We never hold your data hostage.
