These Terms govern your access to and use of Tedrix (the “Service”), operated by Tedrix, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) run by Teddy Wasserman, Vinningsbovägen 1, 445 34 Bohus, Sweden (info@tedrix.io). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Tedrix is an AI content co-pilot for SEO and marketing teams. When you connect a website’s Google Search Console (read-only), the Service helps you find content that is losing traffic, generates on-brand draft refreshes, and checks how ready your pages are to appear in search and AI answers. Tedrix suggests; you decide. Nothing is published to your website without your approval: by default you approve each change, and if you actively enable automatic application for a site, every applied change is reported to you and can be reverted. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Subscriptions renew automatically each period at the then-current price unless cancelled. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any increase to your recurring price takes effect. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails, access may be paused automatically until billing is resolved.

Consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (buying outside your trade or profession), you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is supplied digitally, by starting your trial or subscription before the 14 days end you expressly request that we begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you have a complaint we cannot resolve, you may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se), whose decisions we follow. This section does not apply to business customers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other customers' data, no reverse engineering, and no use that infringes others' rights. You must only connect Google Search Console properties and websites that you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for any personal data contained in the content you process.

Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content and site data you connect. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide the Service to you, which includes reading your Search Console metrics and page content and generating drafts, and to power your per-client memory bank. We keep this data only while it is useful to the Service, and you can delete it or disconnect at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Tedrix or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. The draft content the Service generates for you is yours to use, edit, and publish; the underlying Service and memory-bank technology remain ours and are provided under these Terms while your subscription is active.

Availability and maintenance

We aim for high availability, but we may perform maintenance, updates, or security improvements that temporarily affect availability. Where practical we will limit disruption, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Connected systems and third-party services

The Service connects to third-party services such as Google Search Console and the AI providers that generate drafts. You confirm you have the right and any necessary authorisation to connect the properties and websites involved and to let us process the data. We are not responsible for third-party systems we do not control, including their availability, changes, pricing, or data loss on their side. You are responsible for maintaining valid access for any account you ask us to connect to.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Its outputs, meaning decay scores, recommendations, and AI-generated draft content, are intended to assist your work, not to replace your own judgement. SEO and AI-answer visibility depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or results. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any draft before it is published, and for ensuring what you publish is accurate and lawful.

Your responsibility for what you publish

Because you either approve each change or have switched on automatic publishing yourself, you decide what goes live on your website and remain responsible for it. You agree to cover Tedrix for third-party claims, losses, or costs arising from content or data you connect without the right to do so, from content you choose to publish, or from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law. This does not apply to consumers beyond what applicable law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tedrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or as required by law.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as outages of essential third-party providers, internet or power failures, cyber-attacks, natural events, or government action.

General

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business; you may not assign your rights without our consent. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and replace any prior understanding.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Questions? Contact info@tedrix.io.
