Can it merge data from several files?
Yes — combining multiple exports, de-duplicating across them, and outputting one clean sheet is a common setup.
What happens to rows it can't fix?
They're flagged rather than silently dropped, so you can decide. We tune this on your real data during the build.
Do I have to upload files manually?
